## Terms and Conditions

The purchase of your travel booking consists of a contractual agreement between the customer(s), traveler(s), and/or buyer(s) (collectively referred to as “You” and/or “Traveler”) and *Accurate Travels And Tours Inc., operating as **Accurate Travels* (“Accurate Travels”, “We”, “Us”), pursuant to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

Accurate Travels provides flight bookings, group travel packages, religious travel packages (including but not limited to Umrah), leisure travel, tours, and other travel-related services.


### AGENCY

Accurate Travels acts as a travel agent only. Most, if not all, of the services that constitute your travel booking are offered by independent third-party travel suppliers including, without limitation, airlines, tour operators, accommodation providers, transportation companies, cruise lines, and car rental companies (“Travel Suppliers”).

As an agent of the Travel Supplier, when you make payment to Accurate Travels, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable Travel Suppliers. Accordingly:

  • If, for any reason, a Travel Supplier is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, the Travel Supplier is solely responsible for that failure, and Accurate Travels shall not be held liable.
  • Accurate Travels does not guarantee that any particular travel product or service will be suitable for you and does not accept legal responsibility for services provided by a Travel Supplier that fail to meet your expectations.
  • Accurate Travels relies on information provided by Travel Suppliers and cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information.
  • Flight times, accommodations, itineraries, group arrangements, or other travel services may change even after full payment is received. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable Travel Supplier terms and conditions. You must ensure Accurate Travels has your most current contact information so we may notify you of changes when possible.
  • Any personalized requests (including seat assignments, room types, or group-specific arrangements) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

### PRICE, AVAILABILITY AND INCREASES

Prices and availability displayed or quoted are subject to change at any time, at the sole discretion of Travel Suppliers, until full payment has been received and documents have been issued. If the total price increases by more than 7% (excluding government-imposed taxes), you may cancel the booking and receive a full refund.


Please note:

  • Airfares, tour packages, and group package pricing may change without notice if full payment has not been received.
  • Accurate Travels does not guarantee prices until full payment is made.
  • Any price increase must be paid by you upon demand.
  • The number of nights stated in packages is based on travel dates, not hotel nights.
  • Additional fees such as resort fees, airport charges, baggage fees, seat selection, local taxes, or government charges may be payable at destination.

### DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Certain flights, group packages, or promotional fares may require full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of deposits.


### CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK

You agree not to initiate a chargeback against Accurate Travels where the issue relates to a Travel Supplier’s failure to provide services. If payment has been passed to the Travel Supplier and a chargeback is initiated, you agree to indemnify Accurate Travels for any losses, including administrative fees, airline debit memos, or legal costs.

If your credit card payment is declined, you agree to immediately provide an alternative form of payment. Rates and availability cannot be held until payment is successfully processed.


### TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, health documents, and any other required travel documentation. Accurate Travels assumes all travelers hold valid Canadian passports unless informed otherwise.

 

You acknowledge:

  • Visa requirements may change at any time.
  • Failure to present valid documentation may result in denied boarding or entry without refund.
  • Immigration authorities retain full discretion to deny entry.
  • Travelers with criminal records may be refused entry.
  • Some destinations require vaccinations or health certificates.
  • Certain destinations require international driver’s permits or insurance documentation.

 

### TRAVEL PROTECTION

Accurate Travels strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. Accurate Travels is not an insurance provider and bears no responsibility for insurance claims, coverage decisions, or reimbursements.


### CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND EXCHANGES

Most bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable. Changes may incur penalties imposed by airlines, tour operators, or Travel Suppliers. Once travel has commenced, unused portions of the booking are generally non-refundable.

Any reduction or increase in passenger numbers for group packages may result in revised pricing or penalties.


### RECONFIRMING FLIGHT TIMES AND CHECK-IN

You are responsible for reconfirming flight times at least 24 hours prior to departure. Airlines may change schedules without notice. Accurate Travels is not responsible for schedule changes.

Passengers must check in at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.


### BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES AND RESTRICTIONS

Baggage policies vary by airline. You are responsible for reviewing baggage allowances, excess baggage fees, and restrictions prior to travel.


### RESPONSIBILITY

Accurate Travels does not own or operate any Travel Supplier. All Travel Suppliers are independent contractors. Accurate Travels is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Travel Supplier.


### LIABILITY

Accurate Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, or expense resulting from acts of God, force majeure, illness, war, strikes, mechanical failures, overbooking, weather conditions, or actions of third parties.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the travel services purchased. Accurate Travels is not liable for consequential or indirect damages.


### TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN

All children must travel with their own valid documentation. Additional consent letters may be required when traveling with minors. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with destination requirements.


### NOTICE TO TRAVELERS

Travel standards and conditions may differ from those in Canada. Accurate Travels is not responsible for differences in accommodations, services, or local infrastructure. Travelers are encouraged to research destinations thoroughly.

 

### PRIVACY POLICY

Accurate Travels collects and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at *[www.accuratetravels.com](http://www.accuratetravels.com)*.


### ELECTRONIC OR HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE

You agree that acceptance of these Terms and Conditions may be made electronically, by signature, or by conduct, including payment or use of services.

 

### GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.

 

We strongly recommend reconfirming all flights at least 24 hours prior to departure.
